Refund Policy

Got a damaged or incorrect item? We'll make it right with a full refund.

How Refunds Work

  • If your order arrives defective or doesn't match what you ordered, we're happy to process a refund. Simply return the item unused, with all tags attached, within 5 days of delivery.
  • Once we receive the item and complete a quick quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or your preferred mode.
  • We currently only offer returns and refunds — exchanges aren't available yet.
  • To help us process your refund quickly, please record an uncut unboxing video at the time of opening your order. This protects you in case of any transit damage and speeds things up on our end.
  • For eligible returns after delivery, applicable shipping/return charges of ₹70 may be deducted from the final refund amount.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available on orders of ₹499 and above..
  • A ₹50 COD handling charge applies to COD orders.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Return request raised within 5 days of delivery
  • Unboxing video shared at the time of raising the request

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer are non-returnable
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted
  • Return requests raised after 5 days of delivery won't be eligible
