Got a damaged or incorrect item? We'll make it right with a full refund.

How Refunds Work

  • Once we collect the item and complete our quality check, the refund will be credited to your original payment method or your preferred mode.
  • If your order arrived defective or doesn't match what you ordered, we're happy to process a refund. Simply return the item unused, with all tags attached, within 2 days of delivery.
  • We do not offer exchanges. Only returns are accepted.

Please Note

  • An uncut unboxing video is mandatory. Refund requests submitted without an unboxing video will not be processed under any circumstances.
  • A deduction of ₹70 or more towards delivery charges will be applied to your final refund amount.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery
  • Uncut unboxing video must be shared at the time of raising the request

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items bought during a sale or promotional offer
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration
  • Returns requested after 2 days of delivery
