Shipping Policy

We ship across India and want your jewellery to reach you quickly and safely.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value.
• Cash on Delivery is available on all orders. Any Cash on Delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.

Dispatch and delivery

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Most orders are delivered within 2–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• You will receive tracking details on SMS, WhatsApp or email once your order ships.
• Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by courier partners, weather or events outside our control may happen.

Address and delivery attempts

• Please enter a complete address and an active phone number. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.
• The courier makes up to 3 delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered, it is returned to us.

Damaged parcel

• Do not accept a parcel that looks tampered with or open. Always record an uncut unboxing video.
• Report any damaged, wrong or missing item within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund Policy.

We currently ship within India only.
