Returns & Refunds
Got something damaged or not what you ordered? We've got you covered with a full refund.
- Once we pick up the item and complete a quality check, your refund will be credited back to the original payment source or your preferred mode.
- Items must be returned unused, with all tags intact, within 2 days of delivery. Please note, we currently do not process exchanges.

- Recording an uncut unboxing video is mandatory. Refund requests without an unboxing video cannot be processed under any circumstances.
- A deduction of ₹70 or more towards delivery charges will be applied to the final refund amount.
